Despite cosmetic tweaks and few noticeable performance improvements though, Symbian Anna is still a multi-tiered, process laden mission. The menus and notifications are convoluted, widgets and homescreen shortcuts lack customizability and even the aesthetic feels tired despite the visual revamp. unfortunately, until then, the OS remains a somewhat uncompetitive contender in a marketplace of rich operating systems.

- Nokia E6 runs on the latest Symbian Anna OS, which have the latest visual evolution over the generation, Symbian adds some curved corners to icons, which increase and improves the transitions and makes the device look more the predecessor E5 which is based on Symbian S60 v3han its .
- There is changing in the widget which offering the easy adding and changing of widget as well as swiping between homescreen in the same way as found in Symbian^3. It runs on a 680 Mhz processor.
